Gigabyte GSmart MS820 has 5 megapixel Camera

Gigabyte introduces the new GSmart MS820, a WM6 PDA phone with a 5 megapixel camera and a 0.3 megapixel front cam for video calls. The MS820 is powered by a 520MHz Marvell PXA270 CPU, 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM.

MS820 has a 2.8-inch LCD screen, support for GPS thanks to the SiRF Star III GPS chipset, WiFi, G-sensor motion sensrom Bluetooth and a microSD cards slot. The phone supports 3G and HSDPA networks and runs Windows Mobile 6 Pro OS.

Toshiba announced the new Portege G810 WM6 PDA phone at the Mobile World Congress. Toshiba Portege G810 is powered by a Qualcomm MSM7200 400MHz processor, 256MB of ROM and 128MB RAM.

It features a 2.8-inch touch screen, 3 megapixel camera, WiFi, integrated GPS and AGPS, Bluetooth, and a microSD card slot. THe phone supports 3G, HSDPA as well as HSUPA. It is only 14mm thick.

Available in Q2 in Europe, the price of G810 is not yet announced.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 comes with a large 3-inch LCD touch screen, a 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording and auto focus, internet browser, 400MB internal memory and a microSD card slot. It supports WiFi, Bluetooth, aGPS connectivity.
