BlackBerry Kickstart 8220 Live Preview

CrackBerry has got the new BlackBerry KickStart 8220 smartphone, which is the first ever clamshell Blackberry phone. Two models are avaialble, the Kickstart 8220 and Kickstart 8210.

The BlackBerry Kickstart has a 240×320 LCD screen and a 160×129 secondary display, a 2 megapixel camera, SureType keypad, and microSD card slot. It offers also a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Kickstart 8220 will support WiFi while the KickStart 8210 supports GPS.

RIM BlackBerry KickStart

This is the upcoming BlackBerry KickStart, which is the first BlackBerry smartphone from RIM (Research in Motion). The KickStart will be available from T-Mobile.

It features a 240×320 display and a 160×128 external display. It comes with a 2 megapixel camera and has the SureType keyboard. Comes with WiFi 802.11b/g support, the phone is a quad-band GSM phone. You can also find a 3.5mm headphone jack.

BlackBerry Curve 8330 goes Verizon and Sprint

Both Sprint and Verizon are going to launch the BlackBerry Curve 8330 smartphone. BlackBerry Curve 8330 is a full QWERTY smartphone with a 320×240 LCD screen, a 2 Megapixel built-in camera with Flash and 5x digital zoom, GPS navigation, advanced media player and a full HTML browser.

You can also expect Bluetooth support and a microSD/SDHC card slot that supports up to 8GB.

The smartphone will be available from Verizon Wireless in May for $269.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate. It will hit Sprint late this month for $179.99 with a two-year service $179.99 with a two-year service agreement, a $170 instant savings credit and $100 mail-in-rebate.
