Sony Ericsson K770i Cyber-Shot Phone Reviewed

February 4th, 2008 in Sony Ericsson

Here are reviews on the Sony Ericsson K770i cellphone from TrustedReviews and CNET Asia. Sony Ericsson K770i features a 3.2 Megapixel Cyber-Shot camera, a 320×240 LCD screen, integrated music player, Bluetooth, 16MB internal memory and a Memory Stick Micro card slot.

CNET Asia:

Rating: 7.3/10
The good: Slim, trendy design; user-friendly keypad; multiple dedicated camera keys; non-protruding lens cover; Bluetooth stereo; 3G connectivity.

The bad: No Xenon flash despite the Cyber-shot branding; average image quality; low-res video capture; awkward position of connector port.

The bottom line: Like a Jack-of-all-trades, the K770i doesn’t excel in any particular aspect, but its overall decent set of features and trendy design make it an easy decision for those who just want a day-to-day camera-phone.

TrustedReviews:

Features: 7/10
Usability: 8/10
Value: 8/10
Overall: 8/10

Verdict: As I said at the outset this is a mid-range handset. It doesn’t shine in any particular respect, though it has plenty of features and battery life is impressive.
